Returns & refunds

If a garment or object arrives damaged, defective or incorrect — or simply isn't right — request a return within 30 days of delivery from your account's Returns section, with photos where possible.

Items should be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Steel ornaments and objects should be unused and undamaged.

Once we receive and verify the returned items, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
